The Third View of Tongues

This has been a fascinating book to write because I have found that many other people have had important contributions to make. Though I have not provided any footnotes for these helpful comments, I wish to thank all who have reviewed the manuscript. Regardless of their views, they have invariably helped me.

This book is an international one. The first draft came in the Dominican Republic. Revisions were made in charismatic Chile. Further revisions continued in Gabon and Canada. The message was completed in Boma, Republic of Zaire. So it has not been written in a corner. The phenomena about which I have written are similar everywhere.

My final efforts have been to polish it and to wrap more love into it. Now I send it forth with prayer. May our Lord, the Great Shepherd of so many sheep in so many lands, use it as He sees fit.
