Epilogue

After this text was completed, I had occasion to come in contact once again with the ministry of a Christian brother whom I know to be one of the most discerning men in the kingdom.

I was struck again by his simplicity, his love, his openness, even his credulity. There was no hint of cynicism, no attitude of negativism, no bent toward suspicion.

And I could not help but think, "Here is a man of God, truly discerning, who expresses love, who believes all things, who exemplifies all that I have been trying to say." I liked what I saw. Love and openness do make all the difference.
